Day fifteen: I'm below 270!

Great news! I'm down below 270, which is huge! I'm finally getting down to wights that I haven't seen in years and feel great! I have so much energy anymore, last night I even had a hard time falling asleep; but I still feel rested and full of energy this morning.

I have almost reached my first goal of 263 lbs. I follow the body mass index chart to determine a healthy weight based upon my height. My ultimate goal is 175 lbs. But the first goal is to just get on the chart, which at this rate should be in 1 week.

I have a few questions for those following this blog, what is everyone doing out there? I know that some people have decided to make changes in their lives and get healthy. So how are you doing? How much have you lost? How do you feel?

My scales said 269.2 this morning! I'm well on my way!

  1. WOW! That is great! I still think you should expel some of that extra energy on our fences. Things are going well here. It will be better when the snow squalls quite.
