Well I worked really hard to follow the schedule and eat every 2-3 hours. Did pretty good all day, felt great, and had tons of energy when I got home. But the scale lied to me this morning, it said 274, just a few ounces over yesterday. Oh well, I'll keep after it. My coach said that there would be days like this when you wouldn't loose anything, but it would catch up soon enough in inches too.
I did notice that my body is shedding weight in areas it never had before! My pants around my legs felt loose. It was an odd feeling, in the past it was always my waist. But as long as it keeps coming off, who cares!
I asked my coach, she said that our bodies are designed to store energy for times in times of plenty for times when there isn't much. Right now my body is loosing a lot and perhaps my body is catching up and saying, "Wait what is going on?" Apparently that is when you plateau for a little spell. No worries though, there are ways of getting off. From talking to my coach and other people on the program they said that when they got off the plateau you would experience another dramatic weight loss. Cool how our bodies work!
Well, it's time to put this energy to good use!
