It's been a while, mainly because there hasn't been many changes in the last week. One week ago my weight climbed to 257 (6 lb gain) last week because I decided to fast. That did two things, put my body in starvation and kicked me off the program.
So in 7 days I lost everything I gained, plus 3 more pounds! Not to bad if you consider in that it takes 3 days to get back into the fat burning state.
I'm down to 247.8 now!

ReplyDeleteEven if you loose weight and then gain it back, the endurance you are gaining from your exercising is enabling you to still be active even if you do gain a few pounds, so keep it up!!
